Labels may be our product, but relationships are our purpose. From day one, our CEO Brian Boecklen and Vice President David Gotham set out to build a company that wasn’t just about printing labels it was about creating lasting partnerships that help our customers grow. Relationships in business don’t happen overnight. They’re built over years of trust, communication, and shared goals. In fact, many of our strongest partnerships began long before Harmonized was even founded. Brian often reflects on how, years ago, he used to mow the lawn for someone who would later become one of our key vendors. That small connection, built on trust and reliability, eventually came full circle into a valuable business partnership. Inside our own walls, the theme of relationships continues. Many of our team members have known each other since childhood. That familiarity creates a work environment rooted in loyalty, mutual respect, and a shared sense of purpose. When we say that Harmonized is a family, it’s not just a tagline it’s the truth. For our customers, that focus on relationships means they’re never treated like just another order. We understand the stress that can come with delayed shipments or incorrectly made products, and we make it our mission to eliminate that stress by delivering high-performance labels on time, every time. It’s not uncommon for our customers to call us directly and get an immediate response something that has sadly become a rarity in today’s business world.
